“ Just trying to visit this place again since 6 years ago to check how things are going. Lucky to be the only customer (not really lucky for them) and they have served the order immediately as i ordered. Soup still warm and served generously (without looking at the price). Its still the same heart warming (heart stopping too ) pochero as i remembered years ago. What makes it sad after all these years is that they are still cash only. Good thing i brought cash. ”
“ 5 stars for the food because my favorite pochero in Cebu is here and it's one of the best places to eat after a night out. I've been eating here for more than 10 years siguro pero they never accepted card payments so that's minus 1 for service. Also 4 stars for atmosphere kay I don't think they have had a major renovation with their place sa taas - murag ang taas has always been the same. Although, their staff have always been accommodating and attentive to our needs. ”

“ Kusina Uno has established a long standing reputation of having good food. Long term patrons can always expect the same taste everytime they order which really speaks a lot on their consistency. Service can definitely improve but is expected since it’s not a high-end restaurant. Overall ambiance of the place also has a lot of room for improvement especially the smell - the place sometimes smell of grease from the kitchen. ”
“ If you're like me, embarking on a never ending quest for a nostalgic gastronomic journey, this place which serves classic Cebuano dishes, as its name implies, is a must try. Recognized by Sunstar as best pochero in Cebu for 2020 and 2021, their star dish is served in a humongous bowl, the meaty whole beef shank itself is huge and can feed 4-5 people. Equally popular dish is the sizzling pochero which is just as huge. I sampled their chicharon bulaklak and deep fried intestines. Both were tender and crispy and not rubbery at all. This s a dining experience I would recommend to my family and friends. It's the home of Cebu's best pochero. ”
